Our Mission
Encouraging and supporting families and individuals to self-sufficiency and empowerment is a
concept strongly embraced by COR Rescue Outreach. COR Rescue’s focus for the future is to
continue reaching out to the community with our current portfolio of outreach programs and to
maximize our service to the community as an incubator organization. It is the mandate of COR
Rescue Outreach’s Board of Directors to focus on three major approaches in response to the
paradigm shift in the social service arena.
COR Rescue Outreach began in 1998 with a simple yet powerful mission: to restore lives within our community. As the founder, my journey started with a deep desire to give back to the place that's given me so much. Over the years, we have grown from a small group of volunteers into a dedicated team, each member driven by the same passion for community service. Our success lies in our personalized approach, treating each individual with the respect and dignity they deserve. Whether it’s providing a hot meal, securing housing, or offering job training, we are committed to making a real difference in people's lives. Our 25-year legacy of service is built on trust, compassion, and a relentless commitment to seeing our neighbors thrive.
